About Me
Carrie Walker lives in sunny Michigan with her husband and seven children. From ten years serving as a high school youth minister, adventures around the globe, and raising children, many stories have knit in her heart. After reading over a hundred inspirational fiction books, she attended Karen Kingsbury’s “Writing and Publishing a Fiction Novel” in 2018 and the dream to put those stories on paper grew. Since then she’s written five novels and a novelette, but the characters won’t leave her alone. She’s already working on a sixth novel. Her work has been recognized in dozens of contests and she is an active member of ACFW, ACFW-GL along with critique groups. When she’s not playing board games with her husband, shuttling kids in the Walker bus, or wishing for snow, Carrie can be found at the keyboard bringing those stories to life.
